Rowhouse RSA-5 lots are the largest zoning district, with commercial mixed-use CMX-3 along the main corridors and some industrial mixed-use land.
Two cemeteries sit inside the boundary, Laurel Hill Cemetery, established in 1836, and Mount Vernon Cemetery, and the Church of St. James the Less on West Clearfield Street is a Gothic Revival landmark from the 1840s.
